The Process

Packages

Please email me for current package offerings, and my next available sitting window.

I typically do these once every 1-2 months, so I’d love to fit you in on the next one.

*At the moment I do the majority of these in studio. But soon as spring arrives, I’ll be offering on location editorial packages as well, that can be used for socials and marketing.

Deposit

A $200 deposit is required to book the session. The remaining amount is due the day of the shoot via cash, Venmo, or Zelle please. This is non-refundable as it holds the space, but if you need to reschedule and do so 7 days in advance, it gets applied to the new date. If you reschedule under 7 days, a new deposit is required.

Wardrobe

Depending on which package you choose, it is always best if you can send me photos of the wardrobe options you are considering, in case you’d like me to chime in prior to the shoot. I typically lean into earth tones and neutrals, as they tend to go well with my look. But the more options for us to choose from, the better. But we can of course choose pops of color for different looks. But at the end of the day I want you to be you!

Retouching

I typically send out a watermarked proofs folder to download within a few days of the shoot. From there you choose however many selects come with your selected package. Depending on my schedule and any travel, I love to get the retouched selects back to you within 1-2 weeks. If you need them rushed sooner than that, we can discuss a rush fee.

*As retouching and color grading are a major part of my work, I only release final selected files. Additions are only $35 each, and you can select them at any time. But this protects unretouched work from being released into the world.

Hair + Makeup

In my experience so far, and the cozy environment in which we shoot, it has typically worked best that talent comes as camera ready as possible. Those who want hair and makeup have it done prior to arrival, by whoever they are comfortable with. It makes our process during the shoot far more efficient, and less cluttered.

The Space

As I mentioned under my About Me, I have a converted studio space in my apartment. In my experience and from what I’ve heard over and over, is it creates a cozy intimate space for us to just hang and take beautiful portraits. It’s very homey and welcoming, and I love getting the share it with people.

We also have another space that is essentially converted into a mini green room, if you will. It has a vanity with soft lighting and a large mirror to do any touch ups you’d like. As well as a steamer for your clothing, lint rollers, etc.
